(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the suspension order of the petitioner has been revoked but salary during the suspension period has not been granted ignoring the

circular dated 19.09.2013 issued by the State Government and therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 i.e. Joint Secretary, Department of Panchayat & Rural Development, Raipur is directed to consider and take a fresh decision in the case of the petitioner in the light of circular dated 19.09.2013 issued by the State Government by speaking order preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
