(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an appeal against the order of suspension before respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Surguja, which has not been considered and decided till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously. (3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) In view of above, respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Surguja is directed to consider and decide upon the pending appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of two
months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing of both the parties.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
