Considered the P.U.D. dated 10/08/2015 wherein the further time has been prayed on the ground that the IIIrd Additional District Judge, Durg was transferred and the file is allotted to the 5th Additional District Judge, Durg on 23/05/2015 and the time limit will be expired on 09/09/2015, therefore, it will be very difficult to dispose of the same within specified period.

In view of request made by the Court of 5th Additional District Judge, Durg, further time of one year is being extended to decide the Civil Suit.

Accordingly, P.U.D. stands disposed of.
