1. The limited relief that petitioner seeks in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondent no.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner that he has preferred for change of place of posting.
2. The limited relief is not opposed. However, State counsel submits that same shall be considered taking into consideration the administrative exigency prevailing.

Given the said submissions, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner taking into consideration the contents of the representation and also the merit position of the petitioner in the order of merit when he was selected.
4. Let an appropriate decision in this regard be taken preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
