Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the fact that the respondent Corporation has complied with the undertaking submitted on 10.09.2018 and has handed over the
subject land to the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2.

The interveners may work out their remedy in accordance with law.
