As per the information received from the Additional Sessions Judge, Korba, the appellant Deepak Sarthi could not furnish his bail bonds and he has suffered the entire jail sentence and thereafter he has been released on 22.01.2017.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the appellant do not want to press this appeal.
