This writ petition has been preferred to challenge the action of the respondents whereby the petitioner, who is a Government servant, has been sent to work in the Co-operative Society and his salary etc. was directed to be drawn from the establishment of Zila Antyavsayi Sahkari Vikas Samiti Maryadit, Ambikapur.

The following has been stated in para 4 of the return filed by the State :- "It is submitted that during the pendency of the instant petition, an order dated 23/01/2015 has been issued by the Commissioner, Department of Tribal Welfare by which it has been ordered that the officers/employees working in the transferred Training cum Production Centres shall be continued in government service and their lien shall also be continued with the department of Tribal Welfare and further the entire salary and allowances of the aforesaid employees / officers would be paid by the Department of Tribal Welfare. To substantiate the above, copy of the order dated 23/01/2015 is being filed herewith as Annexure R/1."

In view of the above, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of.
