1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not taking decision on the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner, her Husband was died in harness on 30.12.2019 working on the post of Lecturer (Panchayat). The petitioner immediately moved appropriate application on 17.03.2020 but till date no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities on the said application.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the application for compassionate appointment moved by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
