By order dated 20.03.2019 passed in WPC No.339/2018, this Court had directed the Director, Medical Education to consider and decide petitioner's application for permission to impart training in the medical college for the students admitted in the petitioner college. The representation was to be decided within 2 months from the date of submission of representation. 2.

In the return filed by the respondents, document (Annexure-R-1) dated 10.07.2019 has been filed demonstrating that by the said

order, the petitioner's representation has been decided. There is some delay in deciding the representation, but since a decision has already been taken, it will not be appropriate to proceed further in the matter.

Petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order (Annexure-R-1).

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
