Agrawal Order on Board 24/11/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that departmental promotion committee (DPC) has been convened to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion from the post of Forest Ranger to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest on 06.12.2016, therefore, the case may be closed. (2) Since the petitioner's case for promotion is to be considered on 06.12.2016, therefore, the present contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner' case is not redressed/fully redressed, it would be open for the petitioner to revive the petition.

(3) The presence of Shri Prashant Jadhav, Chief Conservator of Forest is dispensed with.
