Petitioner's application for sanction of building plan is pending consideration before the Nagar Panchayat Pendra. The said application was moved on 18.07.2016.

Petitioner had earlier moved an application before the SDO (Revenue), Pendra, District Bilaspur under the Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 for direction to the respondent Nagar Panchayat Pendra to pass orders on his application. However, the SDO (Revenue) returned the said application with

endorsement that the petitioner may submit it before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to pass necessary orders on petitioner's application for sanction of building plan, in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
