(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that against the order of suspension, the petitioner has filed representation before the respondent No. 2- Collector, Balrampur but as the same has not been considered & decided till now, respondent No. 2-Collector, Balrampur may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Balrampur is directed to take

decision on the petitioner's representation for revocation from suspension expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
