1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. However, he seeks liberty to approach the concerned authority for implementation of the order within a particular time frame.

2. In view of the prayer made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to move application before the appropriate authority in view of the order passed by the first appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act, 2005 at the earliest.
