1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the land belonging to the family of the petitioner was acquired for mining purposes by the respondents and as per the prevailing Rehabilitation Policy, the petitioner was entitled for employment against the land acquired by the respondents. However, till date employment part has not been provided by the respondents.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents have also not rejected the claim of the petitioner.

3. Given the said submissions that petitioner has made, this Court is of the opinion that writ petition itself can be disposed of directing the respondent

No. 1 to 3 to promptly consider the claim of the petitioner for employment in accordance with the Rules, Regulations, Policy and Scheme applicable and an order be passed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petitioner would also be entitled for making a fresh representation to the respondent No.1 to 3 in this regard.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
