The present appeal arises from order dated 9.12.2014 passed in Writ Petition (Cri.) No.223 0^014.

We have heard Learned Counsel for the parties and find no reason to interfere with the order under appeal. The Learned Single Judge opined that the writ petition was premature granting liberty to file a fresh petition at the appropriate stage.

The writ appeal stands disposed.
