Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertent mistake, the name of the father of the applicant was mentioned as "Malik Ram Verma" in the bail application, whereas, the correct name is "Salik Ram Verma".

Considering that the application is supported by the affidavit of the wife of the applicant, the application is allowed in the bail order dated 19.12.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.8132 of 2016, in the cause title, the name of the applicant's father shall be read as "Salik Ram Verma" in place of "Malik Ram Verma".

The applicant shall submit a copy of this order before the concerned Court.

The petition is disposed off.
