The limited prayer that the petitioners have made in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation that the petitioners have made, so far as their claim for the post of Accountants in the different Nagar Palika and Nagar Panchayat in the State of Chhattisgarh.

To the limited prayer that the petitioners have made, there is no opposition by the respondents.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision on Annexure P/1, the representations that the petitioners have made at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioners to apprise the respondent No.2, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
