Learned counsel accepts notice for respondent 1, with this, petitioners are not required to pay separate PF for respondent 1. 4.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter may be disposed of even by not issuing notice to respondents 2 and 3 as the petitioners intend to make representation before respondents 2 and 3

regarding their grievance within 15 days from today, hence, directions may be issued to respondents 2 and 3 to consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

The prayer of the petitioners appears to be fair and reasonable. 6.

Consequently, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits. The petitioners are permitted to make representation before respondents 2 and 3 within 15 days from today. Respondents 2 and 3 shall consider and decide the same on its merits in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioners along with a copy of this order. 7.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities would be at liberty to decide the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands finally disposed of.
