On going through the contempt petition, I find that it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the order of the Court. Even otherwise, the order, contempt of which is complained was passed in the year 2010 and this Court cannot take cognizance of such contempt under Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

Having held so, the Petitioner is not remediless. He can either file a complaint under Section 156(3) CrPC or under Section 482 CrPC praying that the police must file report under Section 173 CrPC one way or the other. 3.
