At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the prosecutrix and also seeks issuance of direction to expedite the trial against the applicant. 2.

The concerned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same, as early as possible.
