On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 07.09.2021 passed in WPC NO. 1140 of 2021 is recalled. Consequently, WPC NO. 1140 of 2021 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
