An application for condonation of delay (I.A. No. 01) in filing the review petition is filed by the petitioners.

On due consideration, the aforesaid application is allowed and the delay in filing the review petition is hereby condoned. 3.

This review petition has been filed by the petitioners against the judgment dated 23.03.2018 passed in Arbitration No. 34 of 2007. 4.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the record, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of the

record in the judgment under review.

Accordingly, the review petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
