This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.167/2014 registered at Police Station- Sirgitti, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302/149, 307/149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Perusal of the orders would show that the first bail application was dismissed on merit on 13.01.2016, subsequently the second bail application was dismissed on 21.10.2016 and up to dismissal of the earlier bail application, no change of circumstances can be pointed out to reconsider the bail application again on merits. 3.

Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
