Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 06/02/2017 Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 21.12.2016 passed by the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur whereby the court below has granted Rs. 2500/- per month as maintenance amount to respondent/wife.

After arguing for quite sometime, counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with liberty to contest the main case. He however submits that direction may be issued to the Family Court for deciding the main case itself expeditiously as the same is pending since July 2015.

Considering the submission made by the applicant, he is permitted to withdraw this revision. Family Court is directed to decide the main case itself expeditiously. In the meanwhile, applicant is directed to comply the order impugned passed by the court below.
