1. The applicant has filed this MCC for modification of the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.5807 of 2016.

2. In third line of paragraph 1 of the order dated 24.10.2016, due to typographical mistake it has been typed as from "1.3.2014 to 28.2.2015" instead of "1.4.2014 to 28.2.2015". It be read as from "1.4.2014 to 28.2.2015". Remaining part of the order shall remain intact.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the MCC stands disposed of. Sd/- S (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge B/-
