1. The petitioner has moved before this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, quashing the impugned order dated 09.07.2019, passed by the General Manager (Region) and the Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to set-aside the order passed by the General Manager directing the Divisional Manager F.C.I., DO Raipur, Bilaspur and Durg to withheld the payments of ongoing contracts. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions and the
authorities may kindly be directed to decide the dispute dated 10.04.2019 (Annex.P/15) raised by the petitioner under clause XVIII of MTF within a stipulated period and that to after following the due process. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case."
2. Heard Mr. Manoj Paranjpe, learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as Mr. B.P. Gupta, learned Advocate for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance with regard to the 'black-listing' of the petitioner, without affording an opportunity of hearing, stands redressed, by virtue of the subsequent course of events. It is stated that, the petitioner had moved the competent authority who accepted the version of the petitioner and according by, the order of 'black-listing' has been recalled; by virtue of which, no more grievance remains in this regard, as on date.
4. With regard to the other aspects, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter could be disposed of, without prejudice to rights and liberties of the petitioner to move the Court, if at all, any future cause of action rises.
5. Submission is recorded. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as above in accordance with law.
