(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the provisional gradation list published in the year 2016-17 as final gradation list for Teacher Panchayat and some junior teachers has been promoted as Lecturer Panchayat on 17.10.2016 but the petitioner has not been promoted on the said post for which he has raised several objection before respondent No.2 i.e. Chief Executive
Officer, Zila Panchayat, Dantewada which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent No.2 to decide the same expeditiously. (3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Dantewada is directed to consider and take a decision on the objection of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
