The applicant has preferred this first bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, as he apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.77/2020, registered at Police Station Bagbhar, District Jashpur (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 153-A, 295-A & 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Applicant deliberately sent messages in WhatsApp which outraged the religious feelings of a class of persons. 3.

As per the FIR the applicant forwarded such messages insulting/humiliating Hindu Gods & Goddesses and thereby outraged the feelings of a class of Hindu community.

Considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to extend the benefit of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. to the applicant.
