2. In view of the above, Shri VA Goverdhan, learned counsel for the applicant in MCRC No.8201/2020 seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

4. In the said MCRC, there is application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order and the notarized affidavit.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the affidavit would be filed during the course of the day and the certified copy has already been filed on 24.11.2020.
