Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 09/03/2020 Referring to order dated 29/05/2018 (Annexure AR-1) and order dated 20/08/2018 (Annexure AR-2), learned counsel for the respondent submits that after the order of termination was set aside, the petitioners have been reinstated in service and the State Government has also issued circular to all the Chief Executive Officers of Jila Panchayat in the State for strict compliance of law as declared by this Court in its order dated 20/04/2018 passed in WPS No.984/2018. This statement is not disputed, as no one is present on behalf of petitioners. After going through the aforesaid orders, I am satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with.
