(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Medical Officer in Primary Health Center, Danikundi, Block Marwahi, Bilaspur in the remote area of the State Government and according to the circular dated 10.09.2012 issued by
the State Government declared incentives for employees, who are working in Hard and Harder Areas under Chhattisgarh Rural Core Medical Plan and therefore, he is entitled for grant of proper incentives per month, but the same has not been given till date though he has made several representations before the respondent authorities. (3) Be that as it may, respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner in view of the circulars which have been issued by the State Government, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
