1. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw this bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to issue direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial against the applicants.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the submission so made, the application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
