1. The grievance of the petitioner is that a program Shrimad Bhagwat Katha at Kurud Dist. Dhamtari was conducted between 13.01.2018 to 19.01.2018 and the tender was allotted to the petitioner's firm and the services were provided by him in accordance with work allotment order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the program the petitioner has raised bills before the authority concerned to the tune of Rs. 87,29,728/- for payment of the same, but till date it has not been paid, despite several requests were made.
Therefore, at this stage, the only prayer made by the petitioner is that he may be given liberty to make the representation to the respondent authorities to redress his grievance.
2. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before the respondent authorities with all necessary documents. If such representation is filed within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of such representation.
