1. The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 146/2018 registered at Police Station Sarsiva for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The first and second bail applications moved by the applicant were rejected on 18/01/2019 and 20/03/2019 respectively.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and after going through the record, I do not find any new ground or change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application.

4. Accordingly, the third bail application moved by the applicant is rejected.
