Even though the Office has raised an objection with regard to maintainability of the application, we have heard Learned Senior Counsel for the Appellants at this stage itself with his consent. 2.

This application has been filed to recall the order dated 22.1.2015 dismissing Writ Appeal No.449 of 2010.

In our opinion, the application is misconceived. The appeal has been dismissed by a reasoned order. The Court having become functus officio has no further jurisdiction in the matter.
