Mr. Pawan Shrivastava, Advocate For Respondent/ State :

Mr. Anshuman Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order on Board 29.07.2019 Heard 1.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appointed and working as Assistant Grade-III at the office of Tahsildar, Baikunthpur but by impugned order dated 14.06.2019 passed by the Tahsildar, the petitioner has been attached to the office of Up-Tahsil Patna by the Tahsildar Baikunthpur, which is apparently wrong. He prays that presently the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation/application to the Collector and the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.

2.

Considering the limited prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that petitioner, if so advised, may submit a fresh representation before the concerned authority/Collector within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter on such representation being filed, the concerned authority/Collector shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 3 months. 3.

With the above observation/direction, this writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (GOUTAM BHADURI) JUDGE Rao
