Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after lapse of more than eight months, no decision has been taken.

I find that in the earlier order, this Court issued a direction to respondents to decide petitioner's claim. It appears that in the order, this Court did not clarify which of the respondents had to decide representation. The petitioner had filed representation before respondent No.3 in the writ petition namely CEO, Jila Panchayat, District - U.B. Kanker.
