Agrawal Order On Board 20/10/2020 (1) Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing. (2) Instant Cr.M.P. is filed for extension of bail period. (3) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is required to surrender by 27th October, 2020 but he filed an application for extension of time as he is suffering from fracture in his right shoulder, which requires surgical intervention and in support thereof he has also filed x-ray of his right shoulder and, therefore, time be extended.

(4) On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer made by counsel for the applicant.

(5) Considering the submissions made by counsel for the applicant and the fact that applicant has suffered fracture in his right shoulder, temporary bail, which has been granted to the present applicant on 26.8.2020 is extended upto 1st November, 2020 and he shall surrender by 2nd November, 2020. (6) With the aforesaid direction, the present Cr.M.P. stands disposed of. (7) Certified copy, today.
