2. On 02.07.2015, the present writ petition was directed to be listed along with WPC Nos.517, 518 of 2015 & 2476 of 2014.

3. During pendency of the writ petition, WPC No.2476 of 2014 has been dismissed, as having become infructuous, vide order dated 24.11.2015. Similarly, WPC No.517 of 2015 has been dismissed, vide order dated 19.01.2016, on account of its withdrawal as having rendered infructuous, reserving liberty to the petitioners in the said petition to raise their objection before the newly elected body.

4. In view of the dismissal of the similar petitions, the present petitions are also dismissed as infructuous reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to raise their objections before the newly elected body of the Chhattisarh State Cooperative Marketing Federation Limited.
