I find that there is no clear proof of submission of representation and it is said to be sent through post.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to initiate contempt proceedings at this stage. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed off at this stage with liberty to revive along with proof of receipt of representation by respondent No.2 in the writ petiton.
