1. The respondent enters appearance before this Court and submits reply, along with the reply it has been shown that the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 5164 of 2018 has since been complied with.

2. This fact is not disputed by the petitioner/applicant.

3. In view of the fact that the order has since been complied with. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed-off at this juncture. The presence of the respondent also stands dispensed-with in the light of the reply and the compliance that has been done.
