1. Petition has been brought under Section 482 of CrPC praying for extension of temporary bail granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 13.5.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2641/19 for obtaining medical treatment.

2. Learned State counsel opposes the petition and submissions made in this respect.

3. I have heard both the parties and perused the order passed earlier in this case.

4. After perusing the medical documents filed along with the petition and the submissions made by counsel for petitioner, temporary bail which

Page No.2 was granted earlier to the petitioner vide order dated 13.5.2019, is hereby extended upto 13.9.2019, on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner shall surrender before the Court below concerned on 13.9.2019, without fail.
