The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.772/2016 registered in Police Station Civil Line, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 354A, D, 509 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (10) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.
As per the prosecution case, a report was made by the victim that from last few days the applicant Ajay Sharma has prepared false face book account in the name of Chandrakiran and was posting obscene message and photo graphs and which was being sent in her mobile. It was stated that victim was earlier known to the applicant and same relation was being continued.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and the victim were known to each other and all the evidence are documentary in nature, no further investigation is necessary, applicant is in jail since 13/01/2017, therefore the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Perused the statement of the victim. Taking into such statement and also considering the nature of evidence available, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
