Heard on application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition.

This revision petition has been filed after delay of 803 days against the order of enhancement made by the Family Court, Bilaspur in Misc. Criminal Case. No. 358 of 2016 whereby vide order dated 20.01.2017 the amount has been enhanced from Rs.1200/- per month to Rs.2,500/- per month.

The grounds mentioned in the application for the condonation of delay do not appear to be satisfactory, therefore, the application does not deserve to be allowed, which is dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the criminal revision is also dismissed. However, if the applicant has any grievance, he is at liberty to file application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. before the Family Court itself. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
