1. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant does not wish to press the application for grant of bail, however, a prayer is made for expediting the trial as the applicant is in jail since 16.01.2020.

2. In view of the above submission, the application for grant of bail is permitted to be withdrawn at this stage. Further, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial considering that the applicant is in jail since 16.1.2020 and conclude the trial as early as possible.
