Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to respondent No. 2- Bank of Barouda for redressal of his grievances, that may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 - Bank of Barouda is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to decide the petitioner's representation on its own merit in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Certified copy, as per rules.
