Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 06.08.2018 The only grievance which the petitioner raises is that the representation which he has made to the Department has not been decided till date. Though there is a positive recommendation in favour of the petitioner by the Director of Health Services, the matter is still pending consideration before respondent no.1 and he therefore prays for a proper decision on his representation at the earliest.

State counsel does not oppose the same.

Considering the limited nature of dispute this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the writ petition itself is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to ensure that the representation which is pending consideration before it so far as the petitioner's dispute pertaining to grant of leave for the period between 05.11.2014 to 21.02.2016 is concerned, be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of respondent no.1.
