1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 29.10.2018 passed in WPS No. 7124 of 2018.

2. The respondents have now passed an order dated 27.01.2020, vide the said order the applicant seems to have been convicted for offence under Prevention of Corruption Act, therefore, he would not be entitled either for pension or gratuity.

3. Given the said fact that the respondents have now passed an order.
