At the outset, Mr. Abhishek Sinha, learned counsel for the SECR, would place before the Court an order dated 07.10.2016 passed by the Dy. Chief Commercial Manager/FS for Chief Commercial Manager, SECR, cancelling the petitioner's lease contract of 23 Tons VPH by Train No.12409/10 (Gondwana Exp.) Ex.-Bilaspur to H. Nizamuddin & back on round trip basis for a period of three years.

Mrs. Fouzia Mirza, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that in view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and the petitioner is required to avail appropriate remedy. 3.
