(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.53/2015 registered at Police Station Raghunath Nagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 26.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2201/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground on merit of the matter to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
